International in scale but local at heart, we understand the human side of property. We design, develop, build, and manage award-winning mixed-use, residential, commercial and retail communities.
Our communities
Just like the people that live in them, our communities come in all shapes and sizes, from greenfield land developments and inner-city urban renewals, to freestanding homes, townhouses and apartments. Many of our neighbourhoods are mixed-use, meaning they incorporate retail and commercial uses. All of them are held to the same high standard: quality you can see and a character worth belonging to.
Our history
Over a century, we've built up experience and a track record in developing homes and communities across Australia. This began with T.M Burke, one of the country's first national property development businesses in 1924, through Hooker Corporation in the middle part of the twentieth century, Australand from the 1980s, and eventually to become Frasers Property in 2015. Over that time, we've developed more than 150,000 properties for Australian families, each project adding to a legacy built on quality, character and care.

We're a national business with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Our communities stretch up and down the eastern seaboard. They include Midtown MacPark and Ed.Square in Sydney, Mambourin Green and Five Farms in Melbourne, and The Quarry and Round Mountain in Brisbane.
