We’ve created a culture that values diversity and inclusion and an environment where everyone can reach their full potential.
We’re active in residential, retail, commercial and industrial property, right across the country. We have 650+ staff, with our head office in Sydney and offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. We participate in the entire real estate value chain, employing staff in construction, design, development, sales & leasing, marketing, asset & property management, and the corporate services that support our activities.
We began developing property in Australia in 1924, and today we’re part of the global Frasers Property Group, with S$33.2 billion in assets in more than 80 cities around the world. Our multi-national nature value for our customers and opportunities for our own people.
Frasers Property Australia has over 650 staff, located in New South Wales, Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria and New Zealand. Our staff are employed in development, planning, design, construction, finance, sales and marketing, property and building management and customer service, and in the many corporate roles which service the businesses operations. We are a diversified property company, with an increasingly diverse workforce.
Diversity and an inclusive, collaborative culture are priorities for us and we are committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace. Our CEO, Rod Fehring, is a Property Male Champion of Change and, through involvement with this rigorous program, the company has reviewed its diversity profile and launched several important initiatives with tangible benefits for both our staff and our business performance. These include a new Flexible Work Policy which takes an ‘all roles flex’ approach, generous parental leave provisions and the establishment of a Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
We work hard to embed our values of being collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real into our culture, and workplace diversity plays a big part in this. We run values-based leadership programs for our Executive Management Team and General Managers, staff coaching programs, and we incorporate our values into staff assessments. We strongly support learning and development and our employees invest approximately 8,000 hours each year to learning new skills and attending in-house or external training. Our workshops cover management and leadership skills, safety, the environment and corporate governance.
