Last chance to land the Clemton Park Village lifestyle.

Australand have saved the best for last with the imminent launch of the final 40 apartments in their vibrant village community known in the minds – and now the hearts – of its new residents as Clemton Park Village.

Situated just 13km from the Sydney CBD on the former site of the Sunbeam factory, which gave Australia the iconic Sunbeam Mixmaster and Victa mower, the mixed-use masterplanned community promises to become iconic in its own right as it delivers a modern, easy-living lifestyle close to every amenity you could wish for.
