Macaroni pasta with vegetables by Nooria Latif

Macaroni pasta

People love pasta and in Afghanistan it is a regular dish. In Afghanistan, the pasta is usually made by hand. All of the ingredients are original and it is a dish that can be shared!




 2 dinner spoons of tomato paste

 Macaroni pasta
 2 teaspoons of garlic  2 food spoons of pasta sauce which consists of tomato paste, red onion and vegetable oil   to taste
 small amount of mixed vegetables including carrots, green peas, onions  




1. Fry together the first three ingredient.

2. Add two cups of water, the mixed vegetables and the pasta sauce. 

    Make sure that you stir the ingredients and pasta sauce. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Boil pasta in water for 15 minutes. Drain the water once soft.

4. Mix pasta with vegetable mix and serve.
