Construction-full-steam-ahead-at-The-Waterfront page description goes here
The first plan below shows the intersection layout, and we have added some explanatory notes so that everyone knows what to expect when driving through the intersection for the first time. We have also installed some message boards on site to help with lane selection on Wattle Road and Addison St, and to guide drivers into the Shellharbour Village slip lane. The two sets of traffic lights work together and operate as a single, coordinated intersection. RMS will be on site regularly over the next week to fine tune the phasing of the signals so that traffic flows are optimised.
The southern extension of Harbour Boulevard is also open to traffic and now provides the permanent route to Bass Point. Bass Point Tourist Road will remain open for the long weekend and will now close on Wednesday 3rd October 2018. The second plan below shows how the road network will then be configured to enable boat harbour entrance and subdivision works to proceed.
We thank you again for your patience during construction of the new entrance to The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
