We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

We are pleased to provide you with an update on the progress of your project. Our team has accomplished several key milestones, including the completion of timber wall and roof framing, as well as the installation of windows across all lots. Roof battening has also been successfully carried out.

Currently, we are focused on advancing the façade works, specifically the installation of exterior wall wrap and flashing. Additionally, plumbing rough-in is currently in progress, ensuring that the necessary infrastructure is in place.

Looking ahead, we have scheduled upcoming works that include service rough-ins, colorbond roofing installation, and ground floor brickwork. These activities will further enhance the structure and aesthetic appeal of your home.

Settlement is now proposed for quarter 1, 2024. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to work diligently to bring your home to life. Should you have any questions or require further information, please reach out to our customer care team.
