The next chapter

Our 10 year milestone in creating the thriving community at Hamilton Reach sees us looking to the future to develop the final residential precinct. To retain our approach in delivering a diverse and high-quality outcome across the community, this stage has continued tradition with passing through a rigorous design process, where architects were asked to pitch their vision, with the best design selected. To further develop these plans, we are continuing to work with Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) to develop a pathway forward for the final piece of the community at Hamilton Reach.
