Good news! The Federal Government’s $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant is applicable on a selection of Fairwater’s next generation homes.
The HomeBuilder program provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $15,000 to build a new home where the contract is signed March 2021 and construction commences within three months of the contract date.
