Terms and Conditions for Introduction Offer
Offer available to members of Frasers Property Australia’s (FPA) Prosperity Loyalty Program who purchase a new FPA property and/or new owners, that enter an FPA Property Management Agreement for that property on a 24 month period. The capped Management Fee and waiver of all other fees otherwise payable under the Property Management Agreement will apply for 12 months from the date that the Management Fee first becomes payable under the Property Management Agreement (i.e. on commencement of rent collection). On expiry of this 12 month period, FPA’s standard Management Fee and all other fees payable under the Property Management Agreement will apply. Purchasers must rely on the terms of the Property Management Agreement.
