Stages 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 15
As you know, Leapfrog Park has been completed and open for everyone to enjoy. It’s wonderful to see so many Life, Point Cook families enjoying Lily the frog!

Streetscapes for Stages 7 & 15
Our landscapers have been busy planting our street trees, plants and grass along Stages 7 and 15.
Display Village
It’s great to see our display village builders under construction. We are expecting the display homes to be completed mid-year. We are starting to plan another wonderful event to celebrate its opening. Stay tuned.
Stage 8
Construction is fully underway for Stage 8, with sewer, drainage works and road boxing complete. The water and gas mains will commence installation shortly. We have experienced some on site construction delays that the project team working through.
Works are programmed to finish in July and we are currently aiming for titles to be register in August 2018.
Stage 9
We have experienced some delays from authorities in obtaining the building permit for the retaining wall. We have now secured the building permit and works on the retaining wall have commenced. We have also completed sewer, drainage, gas, water and road boxing works. Works are now programmed to finish in mid-July and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in August 2018.
Stage 10
Stage 10 works have commenced with sewer works complete and drainage has commenced. Similar to Stage 8 we have experienced some on site construction delays that the team are working through. Works are programmed to finish at the start of August and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in early September 2018.
It is noted that the construction of the wetlands is tied to Stage 10 completion. We are aiming to commence construction on the wetlands in March 2018, subject to Melbourne Water approval.
Stage 11
Stage 11 has experienced some delays with Council approvals and the commencement of works on site. Bulk earthworks for Stage 11 are complete and sewer works are currently underway. Works are programmed to finish in late August 2017 and we are currently aiming for titles to be registered in early October 2018.
Please note title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
