Stages 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12
Display Village
Construction is progressing well with the builders and the carpark and landscaping. We are expecting all homes and landscaping to be finished by the end of August. We will be running a display village Carnival event on Saturday the 1st of September, stay tuned for details.
Stage 8
All civil works have been completed. We are now seeking Statement of Compliance consents from Council and Authorities. This will take about 4 weeks. We are pleased to advise that bank valuations can now occur on stage 8. Please ask your valuer to call our site supervisor – Sam on 0428 648 253 to advise when they would like to carry out their valuation inspection. Soil tests cannot yet be done, however we will advise when builders can do these. We expect it is about two weeks away. We anticipate that settlements will take place in the second half of August 2018.
Stage 9
Works are progressing well. Kerb is completed, footpaths and crossovers will be completed next week, which will allow the road pavement to commence. Water testing will be being this week. Practical Completion is still programmed for mid Aug 2018 and settlements in late September 2018.
Stage 10
All civil works have been completed. We are now seeking Statement of Compliance consents from Council and Authorities. This will take about 4 weeks. Stage 11
Stage 11 drainage works are completed. Water mains works have commenced. Works are progressing well. Practical Completion is now programed for end October with settlements anticipated in Nov 2018.
Stage 12
There have been some delays in getting final approval of engineering plans. Works are now expected to commence in August 18. Practical Completion would be anticipated in Feb 2019 due to the Christmas / New Year shut down and settlements have moved out to late March 2019.
Please note title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
