Stage 12
We understand that you are anticipating the upcoming settlement. We are still waiting on the authorities to issue final paperwork and consent for Statement of Compliance from the council. All assets and associated works are complete on site and have passed the audit process. Once we have received the Statement of Compliance we will be able to lodge the final Plan of Subdivision at the Land Titles Office.
Settlement Update
We would like to advise that Titles are expected during the third week of September with settlement expected in early-October 2019.
This anticipated settlement date has changed due to final release consent from the authorities mentioned above. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this delay has caused you and we are doing everything we can to deliver Stage 12 as soon as possible.
