An end-of-year update from Baldivis Grove

Baldivis Grove

As extraordinary as it seems, another year is ending and as we look back at 2021, we can all be very proud of what we’ve achieved. We’re particularly proud of the progress made at Baldivis Grove, so we made a video to show it off - Check it out here!

As you can see from the video, the Baldivis Grove community continues to grow and thrive. Stage 2 construction was completed and is almost sold out. A lot of landscaping and tree planting was undertaken, ensuring plenty of green and shady places. Stages 4A and 4B are selling now, with construction beginning shortly. If you want your pick of the Stage 4 ‘crop’ come and visit Baldivis Grove and check out these lots - they’ll be sure to sell quickly. Lot sizes range from 263sqm right up to 420sqm, so there are options for every size family and home. Stage 4A and 4B lots are close to the Central Park, with some directly opposite, offering sweeping park views.

There are good reasons lots sell quickly at Baldivis Grove. Families love living here because it’s a safe and friendly community with a strong neighbourhood spirit. Residents come together through a number of events organised by, and for, the community like Easter Egg hunts and activities, Christmas parties and more. A lot of the community action happens at the Baldivis Grove Community Garden, like the recent ‘Plant a Seed, Grow a Community’ event, ‘Grow. Cook. Eat 2021’, ‘Seeds for Spring’ and November’s great sunflower planting and seed giveaway. The Baldivis Community Garden is managed by local volunteers and has its own Facebook page, so join up if you’d like to get involved!

Another reason Baldivis Grove is so family friendly is because there’s a quality childcare centre on site, within walking distance of most homes. Busy Bees provides Early Learning for children from birth to preschool, with programs like the Happy Feet Dancing Program and the Gardening Program. Busy Bees is a wonderful part of the Baldivis Grove community, and there are places available for the 2022 intake, if you’re quick!

Of course, the heart of Baldivis Grove is the Central Park, with its large grassed play areas, nature play and trees. A lot of work has been done on the park this year to make it even better, including the installation of several Cockatubes, which offer a safe place for black cockatoos to nest, breed and feed. There’s even more nature play to come as part of Central Park Stage 3, and you can get regular updates on that, along with everything else happening within this vibrant community, on the Baldivis Grove Facebook page

It’s certainly been a big and busy year for all of us at Baldivis Grove - we hope it’s been a wonderful year for you and your family too!
