Introducing Frasers Pride Australia

The road to equality is never entirely straight.

Frasers Pride Australia is our new network to support our LGBTI community, and is part of Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial in Australia’s broader Diversity & Inclusion program.

We are committed to a workplace culture where everyone feels respected and safe to be themselves.

Our purpose

Frasers Pride Australia’s purpose is to celebrate and improve the workplace experience for our employees who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender or Intersex (LGBTI) (and whether that means being ‘out’ at work or not).

Frasers Pride Australia wants to create a workplace culture that respects diversity and is equally inclusive and respecting of all LGBTI employees.

What is the meaning of LGBTI?

In Australia, the Commonwealth Government uses the initials ‘LGBTI’ to refer collectively to people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and/or intersex.

These five distinct but sometimes overlapping groupings are part, but not all, of what we mean when we speak about ‘LGBTI’ communities/populations.
