Frasers Property has completed a new state-of-the-art facility for Clifford Hallam Healthcare at Hudson Court in The Key Industrial Park, Melbourne. With a total site area of 3.5 hectares, the 5 Star Green Star facility accommodates a 20,000 sqm warehouse, 1,200 sqm office and 150 car spaces.
One of Australia’s largest carpet manufacturers, Beaulieu Australia, doubled its warehouse size and moved into Frasers Property’s Yatala Central. Beaulieu Australia relocated from its headquarters in Ormeau (approx. 12,000 sqm) to a targeted 5 Star Green Star facility (23,051 sqm). The 15 year lease comprises 22,000 sqm warehouse, 650 sqm main office, 394 sqm two storey production office and 377 sqm silo and services area.
Martin Brower is Frasers Property’s first tenant in Horsley Drive Business Park, which is the company’s first six star Green Star industrial precinct in New South Wales. They have entered into a 20 year lease for an 18,559 sqm facility comprising a warehouse and 3,000 sqm office.
Frasers Property Australia designed and developed a 21,500 sqm office, production and warehouse facility for AstralPool’s Australian head office in Keysborough. It is a 6 Star Green Star building as rated by the Green Building Council of Australia. AstralPool’s design and manufacture a full range of swimming pool and spa equipment.
Frasers Property Australia designed and built a 41,200 sqm facility warehouse and distribution facility for power tool manufacturer and distributor Techtronic Industries. The facility achieved a five star Green Star rating under the Green Building Council of Australia’s rating system and completes stage four in Eastern Creek Business Park.
Frasers Property Australia designed and built a 13,500 sqm facility for Fisher & Paykel’s New South Wales distribution business. It is a five star Green Star building under the Green Building Council of Australia’s rating system. Fisher & Paykel designs and manufactures home appliances.
Frasers Property Australia has developed in excess of 80,000 sqm for DB Schenker across four facilities. DB Schenker was established in 1962 in Sydney and provides a complete range of international air and sea freight forwarding together with integrated logistics services from its premises in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
Frasers Property Australia's Commercial & Industrial division partnered with National Tiles to design and deliver over 30,000sqm at Truganina (VIC) and Berrinba (QLD).
