Parkville Gardens commenced life as the Athletes Village for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and transitioned into a residential development that has delivered a diverse, thriving and inclusive community. At completion, the community will ultimately include 1,650 dwellings, an Aged Care precinct, childcare facilities and extensive public open spaces totalling almost 30,000m2 which provides an ideal environment for the community to gather, relax and enjoy nature.
