The Quarry model at ClubQ is uniquely made out of timber and really helps to show the size, scale and elevation of Brisbane's highest masterplanned community. We've recently made some updates to our model, including swapping out the terrace homes for residential land lots. What was going to be an mix of approximately 500 terrace homes and residential homesites, will now be about 400 homesites only.
