Join us for a resident-led Clean Up Australia Day event. It’s a great opportunity for everyone to come together and help care for our community’s environment.
Join the Community Effort
Participate in Clean Up Australia Day at Brookhaven and help make a difference in our local area. Organised by a passionate group of residents, this event is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the environment while connecting with like-minded individuals.
Bring the whole family along, including your furry friends on leashes, and engage the kids in teaching them the importance of keeping nature free from rubbish. Gloves, pickers, and bags will be provided, so all you need to do is show up and get involved.
The clean-up will begin at the café, where you can gather with other volunteers before heading out to your designated areas. After the clean-up, enjoy a well-deserved appreciation BBQ from 10:00am, where we’ll celebrate the efforts of our wonderful volunteers.
Event details
When: Sunday 1 March 2026
Where: The Brookhaven Bean Café
8:00am – Briefing and collect equipment then hit the streetscapes and parks of our estate
8:15am – Rubbish collection by car for large items and full bags
10:00am – Thank you Morning Tea and BBQ
Please make sure you have a hat, water, sun safe clothes, sunscreen, and sturdy shoes for the event.
