The Frasers Property Australia team are proud to be the owner and developer of a new community in New Beith. Our vision for the site is to create a thoughtfully designed, masterplanned community for residents and the broader neighbourhood to enjoy. A community design that focuses on enhancing the existing natural assets of this very special site, with Round Mountain as its centrepiece.
Throughout the planning and construction stages, we’ll continue to provide updates via this website and community newsletters, and we have outlined below an introduction to Frasers Property and included an FAQ to assist with any community questions. As always, we invite you to use the contact details provided to reach out at any stage.
Community vision
At its heart, the community design at New Beith will hero the natural environment, rewilding existing green corridors and introducing new spaces that appeal to families’ sense of adventure. The natural elevation across the site created by Round Mountain will shape neighbourhood precincts that prioritise pedestrian, pet and pedal connection, and the Neighbourhood Precinct will be a vibrant hub, centred on a natural bush playground and open lawns for residents to enjoy.

Community update
Our priority in developing the New Beith residential community is to engage with and understand the perspectives and ideas of the existing residents. During our recent drop-in session, we gained valuable insights into the local area, strengthened connections with our neighbours, and created a welcoming space for questions and concerns. We look forward to hosting the next on-site meet and greet in July!
Construction update
Construction on-site began at the end of 2024, starting with site establishment and preparation. We are now fully underway, with the slab poured and scheduled work continuing over the next few months. Meanwhile, the tender process for the Mountain Ridge Road works is currently in progress.
