Community development at Round Mountain
If there’s one thing we know, it’s that people thrive when they feel they belong.
At Frasers Property, we’ve been creating places for people to belong since 1924. At the very heart of this ethos are our Community Development Managers, who are responsible for nurturing and driving community spirit. They know better than all of us that a place where community thrives is a place where people feel they truly belong.
Your dedicated team
Every Frasers Property community benefits from investment in community initiatives to foster those early neighbourhood connections that go on to create lifelong bonds of friendship.
We exist to create belonging
We believe the most important thing we can do is create stronger, smarter, happier communities that promise greater futures. A big part of that is nurturing the social bonds that improve people’s quality of life and sense of belonging. It’s why we invest in community development initiatives on each of our projects to see communities places thrive.
“Round Mountain is more than just the name of this place – it’s also its identity. The mountain will give this new neighbourhood shape, character, and presence. Everything flows from that.”
- Scott Ullman, General Manager Queensland Development
“We didn’t try to tame this landscape. We worked with it. Every village, every street, every trail is guided by the natural shape of the land.”
- Belinda Ryan, Development Director
“What makes Round Mountain so special is that it gives you choice, the choice to slow down or to explore, to stay close or to venture out. It’s about living a life that feels full and grounded, surrounded by the beauty of nature every day.”
- Mary McCabe-Gray, Director of Sales (QLD)
“Building belonging is at the heart of everything that we do - it’s all about the people, the connections, and the experiences that bring life to the place.”
- Marion Allard, Community Development Manager
Community Resilience
Like the rest of Queensland, the City of Logan is not immune to the threat of natural disasters such as floods, bushfires, heatwaves and severe weather. We know that as a community we may not be able to prevent disasters or serious events from occurring, however we can prepare our community and enhance our resilience to the adverse impact of any threat through effective pre-planning.
