 In November 2016, Frasers Property Australia was announced to have won the exclusive development rights over 15ha of land in Eastern Creek. The site complements Frasers Property Australia’s previously developed 100 hectare Eastern Creek Industrial Estate.

The NSW government said proposed development plans would inject more than $100 million worth of investment into the city’s west. 

Located a 40m drive from the Sydney CBD within the Western Sydney Parklands, Eastern Creek Quarter presents opportunity for up to 50,000sqm of retail. The first stage is anticipated to be a neighbourhood convenience centre, with subsequent stages likely to include large format retail and bulky goods.
