Ed.Square Town Centre is set to become a regionally significant community and a benchmark 21st century town centre, situated at the northern periphery of Sydney’s South West Priority Growth Area.

With convenient access via Camden Valley Way, M5, M7 and the brand new Edmondson Park Train Station adjacent to Ed’s  Town Centre,  Ed.Square will forever redefine the retail and residential heart of Sydney’s booming South West growth corridor. 

Proposed to comprise of a full line Coles supermarket and Liquorland, Event Cinema complex with over 1,100 seats, fresh food market place, an Eat Street, medical centre and approximately 120 specialty stores, likely to total around 45,000 sqm.

The first Ed.Square residents are expected to move into their homes in the second half of 2020, which will coincide with the completion of the first stage of Ed.Square Town Centre.
