Stage 11
Civil works are almost completed with the final layer of asphalt scheduled to be laid next week. The recent wet weather has delayed the top soiling of the lots however, this will be completed over the next few weeks.
We wish to advise that valuers may now complete valuations. Please have your valuer contact the site leading hand Damon on 0447 678 739 to arrange access. Once civil works are completed we will commence the process of seeking Statement of Compliance consent from the Authorities. Titles and settlements are still anticipated in Jan 2019.
Stage 12
Due to delays with plan approvals, the anticipated Title dates have been pushed out from what was previously advised. We now anticipate Titles at the end of June 2019. Works are progressing, with sewer works now completed. The drainage is well underway and subgrade preparation will commence in the coming weeks.
Stage 13 and 16
The filling works for these stages are well underway, there are a number of weeks of filling required before the civil construction works can commence. Titles are anticipated for September 2019.
Please note Title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
