Further to our update that went out at the end of June 2019 we wish to inform you of some changes to the anticipated settlement date. Unfortunately, we have had a delay in receiving authority approvals for this stage and this has had a flow on effect in achieving Statement of Compliance. We now anticipate lodging with the Titles Office in August 2019. With settlements expected in mid September 2019.
We understand your disappointment in the delays to titles and settlement, however, we assure you the team at Frasers Property are doing all we can to achieve Statement of Compliance as swiftly as possible for you.
