Development Update June 2017

Baldivis Grove has enjoyed a strong year that’s seen the development consolidate and enhance its footprint on the ground, increase the services and facilities for new and current residents and progress designs and approvals for some exciting future stages of work.

In July last year works to Stage 3A were completed, delivering a further 15 homesites for the project in a quiet, landscaped culs-de-sac design. Housing construction on a number of these lots is nearing completion and the newly constructed houses on Blyton Grove look fantastic. 

Whilst this was occurring, works to the project’s iconic new entry statement were completed, finishing off the beautiful tree-lined and landscaped entry to the community.

May also saw the announcement that Baldivis Grove has managed to secure a brand new state of the art child care centre for residents. Negotiations, design and approvals for the centre were undertaken throughout 2016 and after much hard work a Development Approval was received in January 2017. Whilst this was underway, works to create the site commenced in late 2016 and were finished off in February 2017, with verge areas landscaped with a collection of native mature trees and shrubs that the project has become renowned for. We expect works to the new centre to start in August and in time for first intakes in February next year. To find out more about the centre click here.
