What’s happening at Baldivis Grove?
Construction is nearing completion on Stage 9. Roadworks have commenced which is the final major milestone in terms of construction. The titling and clearance process has commenced.
Detailed design is continuing on the Stage 9 parklands; we have commenced the process of engaging local indigenous artists to provide key artworks to celebrate the rich heritage of the site.
Construction has commenced on the final 2 lots (Stage 6D) for the estate, which will be completed in line with the Stage 9 program.
- Stage 9 is nearing completion as roadworks have commenced.
- Titling and Clearance process for Stage 9 is in progress.
- Stage 9 parklands design is progressing with construction targeted to commence in July/August.
