What’s happening at Baldivis Grove?
We are pleased to advise that construction works at the Baldivis Grove community are continuing.
- Stages 8a, 8b, 6C and 10 construction is well underway. Retaining Walls, Sewers and Drainage are nearing completion. Roadworks are set to commence within the next 2 weeks. Practical Completion is on track for Nov 24.
- Stage 10 went to market and is now completely sold. Construction for this stage is also well underway and also has a target Practical Completion date for Nov 24.
- Titles for Stages 8a, 8b, 6C are expected in Dec 24. Titles for Stage 10 are expected in Jan 25.
