What’s happening at Baldivis Grove?

Works to remove Baldivis Grove Sales Centre and Community Garden is underway. This area will form part of Stage 10 which is not yet released to the market. Settlements are will advanced for Stage 5 and we welcome our new residents to the community. Construction has commenced for Stage 8A. Additionally works have commenced to Stage 6C which forms 5 lots to the southern end of the park.

: Stage 5 – Settlements are well advanced
: Stage 8A – Civil works commenced at the end of May to this new stage which adjoins Stage 7.
: Stage 6C – Civil Works have commenced to this stage at the end of May. This stage was released to market in June and has sold out.
