Development

Our development team works closely with our engineering and landscape consultants to achieve the necessary authority approvals and to ensure the overall development is delivered to a high-quality standard. Our team regularly liaise with Council, Government authorities, electrical, telecommunications providers and more to help ensure the development is delivered. When appointing contractors, we undertake thorough vetting to ensure they meet your standards for quality, safety, and worker welfare.

Construction

Together with our engineering and landscape consultants, our development team supervise the construction of the Berwick Water community, to ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to and the development is constructed to the relevant authority standard. The team attend regular construction site meetings to ensure works are progressing in accordance with the construction program. Once works are completed, our teams continue to liaise with all authorities to achieve Statement of Compliance and Registration of the Plan of Subdivision.

Customer Care

Our Customer Care team are committed to making your property journey with Frasers Property easy and enjoyable, from initial purchase through to settlement and long after you move in. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your new home during the construction phase through the myFrasersProperty app and portal, as well as information you need to prepare you for settlement of your home.

Community Development

Our dedicated Community Development team work with our residents to identify community talents, skills and strengths to develop an annual program of events and activities designed for all-ages and all-abilities. The program shares a vision for the community to be healthy and active, in an environment that is social and inclusive, and promotes a strong sense of belonging.
