2023 has been a massive year for Five Farms with the delivery of 360 new lots to our community. In addition to that, another 125 lots are currently under construction in Stages 23, 24 and 25 for delivery next year.
Another key achievement is the delivery of our first inclusive playspace, Silo Park. Designed in consultation with champions of inclusion, the Touched by Olivia Foundation, it offers a wealth of intergenerational play and recreation opportunities.
In other exciting news, construction works have now commenced for the Allendale Residents’ Club with completion expected in Q4 2024.
Works are also in full swing for St Josephine Bahkita Primary School. The school is expected to open in Term 1 2025 and aims to provide families with modern and affordable education close to home.
