Project Update March 2024
Jess Downey, our Assistant Development Manager, takes us on the first update of the year and the significant progress made within the community.
First residents have begun moving into Five Farms, with a warm welcome extended by Community Development Coordinator Nicole Dalby.
Construction continues to progress well at Allendale Residents’ Club and St Josephine Bahkita Primary School, as well as upgrades to Bells Road and Hardys Road.
In 2023, the Five Farms community experienced significant growth, setting the stage for an even more dynamic year ahead.
We are thrilled to welcome the first families to Five Farms as they settle into their new homes. Nicole Dalby, our Community Development Coordinator, will personally greet newcomers, ensuring they feel welcomed and at home from the start.
Significant progress has been made across various amenities and infrastructure projects, including the Allendale Residents’ Club, St Josephine Bahkita Primary School, as well as works on Hardys Road and Bells Road.
Construction in Stages 24 and 25 in our Littlecroft precinct is also progressing well with settlements expected in May and late May to early June 2024, respectively.
