Allendale Residents’ Club under construction
Construction of Frasers Property Australia’s exclusive residents’ leisure hub, Allendale Residents’ Club, has officially begun at Five Farms.
Construction has officially begun for completion in Q4 2024.
Premium amenities include a spa, heated lap pool, multi-use court, gym, function room, coworking spaces, café, and barbecue area.
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to the club's facilities as well as community programs and events.
Named after the farmers who once occupied the site, Allendale Residents’ Club will set a new benchmark in residential amenity for new communities with plans for the exclusive leisure club to include a spa, 25-metre heated lap pool, multi-use court, fully equipped gymnasium, function room, coworking spaces, café and barbecue area.

The start of construction by appointed builder Otto Construction Group this month marks a significant milestone for the ambitious development.
When complete, Five Farms will comprise approximately 1,600 homes, schools, childcare facilities, a local town centre, parklands, and access to public transport including trains and buses.
