Welcome to the latest update for Fairwater, Frasers Property’s masterplanned community in the heart of Blacktown presented by our Development Director, Ray Baksmati.

Now over 80% sold and more than 70% complete, Fairwater continues to be a hive of activity – we are preparing to welcome new residents to The Green Collection and we recently completed the civil construction works on the much-anticipated Central Park within Fairwater.

The next 12 months sees the start and completion of many exciting projects at Fairwater - bringing together modern urban living and serene natural surrounds.
