Chief Financial Officer
Anthony has over 20 years’ experience in the property and finance industries. After beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he progressed to senior finance roles at John Swire and Sons and Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong. Anthony joined Frasers Property in 2005, initially as General Manager, Finance and General Manager Operations in the Residential Division, advancing to Executive General Manager, Residential in July 2015 and Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Anthony represents Frasers Property on the Residential Development Council of the Property Council of Australia.
General Manager - National Marketing
Emily is General Manager - National Marketing within our Residential Division, having joined Frasers Property in 2014 as Marketing & Sales Manager in Victoria. Prior roles with Devine, Henley and Lendlease have equipped Emily with a rich experience in property marketing and a passion for understanding and enhancing our customers' experience. Emily is the driving force behind Frasers Property's current 'Live proud' national advertising campaign, which celebrates the very human moments at the heart of complex and costly property transactions.
General Manager - Residential NSW
Nigel has over 30 years’ experience in the property development and residential housing industry. He joined Australand (now Frasers Property Australia) as State Housing Manager in 2000. Prior to this, Nigel held a variety of Regional and General Management roles at AV Jennings from 1983 to 2000. Nigel is responsible for a diverse development portfolio throughout Sydney and the Illawarra with a total yield at project completion over 9,000 dwellings. Nigel currently chairs the Residential Committee of the Property Council (PCA) in NSW and is on the NSW Division Council for the PCA and was a Councillor on the UDIA QLD.
General Manager - Residential Victoria
Sarah leads our Residential team in Victoria, guiding the acquisition, planning, design, development, delivery, marketing and property management activities across 11 current development projects, including Mambourin, Burwood Brickworks and Parkside, Parkville. Sarah joined Frasers Property in 2006 as Manager New Business and later served as Project Director of the Carlton Housing Redevelopment – the largest public and private housing redevelopment in Victoria. Sarah is on the Board of Advisors to the Property Industry Foundation in Victoria, and is on the Victorian Division Council of the Property Council of Australia.
Chief Executive Officer
Rod has been with us since March 2010, becoming Chief Executive Officer of the company in July 2015. Before working with Frasers Property Australia, he spent nine years with Lend Lease as Chief Executive Officer of its retirement living/aged care and Venture Capital businesses and six years as Chief Executive Officer of Delfin Lend Lease. Rod has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry.
General Manager - Real Utilities
Paolo Bevilacqua has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector and is one of the country’s leading sustainability professionals. Paolo manages Real Utilities, our recently established authorised energy retailer and utilities business. Prior to joining Frasers Property Australia in 2011, Paolo spent nine years at Lendlease in a range of sustainability roles. Paolo is Chair of the Living Future Institute of Australia, and was appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Living Future Institute in 2019. He also represents Frasers Property Australia on the Property Council of Australia’s National Sustainability Roundtable.
Development Director
Ray is a deeply experienced property professional, skilled in land development and medium density housing, masterplanned communities, value engineering and urban planning. As Development Director, Ray is currently responsible for the Fairwater community in Blacktown NSW – NSW's first 6 Star Green Star Community and winner of the NSW Government's Green Globe Award for the Built Environment. Ray is a champion of socially sustainable development and was the driving force behind Frasers Property's sponsorship of the Property Industry Foundation's PIF House Blacktown in 2017.
Sustainability Manager
Rory is a registered architect and holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Environmental Design. With 10 years’ experience in design and sustainability spanning Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia, he blends broad global experience with a local focus. Rory is driven by creating real communities that celebrate people and the world around us, and is an acknowledged industry thought leader on sustainability issues, regularly sharing knowledge and lessons at conferences. His expertise has been recognised through professional and project awards.
Design Director
George is a property industry design professional of 15 years, with extensive senior architectural and client-side design management experience across residential and retail sectors. George is responsible for leading the design and delivery of our built form projects in NSW, including medium to high density apartments, medium density built form and integrated housing, mixed-use and retail, master planning and acquisitions. George relishes working across all stages of a project from inception to completion, and then watching these communities flourish.
General Manager - National Sales Programs
As General Manager - National Sales Programs, Kesree is responsible for the Prosperity Rewards and Prosperity Care programs across our national business, and manages our national sales partnerships. Kesree is a highly experienced sales manager and curator of successful customer journeys. Kesree joined Frasers Property Australia in 2010 as State Sales Manager in Queensland, taking up her current role in 2016.
