Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North
We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.
Since our last update, we have seen exciting progress and have reached a significant milestone. All scaffolding has now been dismantled, revealing these stunning facades.
Lots 13121-13132: The kitchen splashback and shower screen installation is now complete, along with wet area fit off and appliance installation. The completion of staircase rails and trims has now commenced, along with the finalisation of the joinery items. This will see final patching and quality checks to internal walls commencing.
Lots 13133-13144: Wet area tiling is now complete, with tiling to the balconies nearing completion. This will see the installation of kitchen splashbacks and shower screen commence. The internal fit off is nearing completion. We will now see final patching and quality checks commence on internal linings.
In the rear courtyards of both wings, the fence posts and arbour battens have been installed, which will see brickwork and the podium cleaned to enable the waterproofing process to commence to the podium slab.
It is currently anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur from late June into early July 2025..
