We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for your new home in the Dockside Release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

The homes are primed and ready for construction activity to ramp up with the screw piling now complete and the retaining wall footings all set.

Over the past weeks the design and constructions teams have been reassessing the construction methodology, construction detailing and the selection of materials and subcontractors to ensure we continue to construct and deliver the highest quality homes that we are proud of. Whilst our team have been tirelessly working in the background, you will start to see the activity increase onsite over the coming month with the team committed to ensuring these amazing homes are delivered to an exceptional standard.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, completion and settlement of these homes is anticipated to occur as below:

CN6501 - CN6505 | Quarter 3, 2023.

Please note, this is dependant on various factors including registration of titles, obtaining occupation certifications and inclement weather duringall the wet weather received over the past several weeks, the Dockside Release continues to push forward with the retaining walls now poured between each lot. Survey set out has now also been completed this month which has allowed screw piering to commence and will continue to progress over the coming weeks.

Site Safety

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
