We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update for your new Nautilus Apartment at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

This month Parkview completed the installation of the Building A Level 2 precast panels. The team completed the formwork installation for the Level 3 concrete slab and moved the lift cores up to Level 4. Parkview completed the Building B Level 2 concrete slab, along with the installation of associated precast panels, including the U-shaped vertical panels and large book end panels. The average weight of the precast panels is between 4-8 tonnes and the largest bookend panel was installed this month weighing in at just over 14 tonnes.

High-level services have continued in the basement and have now commenced in the Ground floor apartments. Formwork in the Level 1 apartments has been stripped back to make way for services. Framing and partition work in the prototype apartment have begun. Parkview have also received the first delivery of lifts and tiles, and are expecting the first glazed components to arrive this week.

At this stage, completion and settlement is forecast to occur in mid-2023.
