Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you're up to date with the development of your new community.

We are delighted to report that following the “topping out” of the Nautilus Structure, stripping of the final formwork to Level 5 was completed earlier in the month. The entire project is now open to services & finishes trades.

Waterproofing of the wet areas to Ground Floor is also nearing completion with tilers scheduled to start very soon. These waterproofing and tiling works will continue up to Level 1 and 2 in the coming weeks.

Internally, it's starting to take shape as wall framing of inter-tenancy walls and apartments is progressing through Levels 4 and 5, while services plant is now being installed on the roof of both buildings.

Internal Wall Structure

The prototype apartment is being finalised with doors and hardware now installed, fit-off of appliances and final finishes such as skirtings, lighting are underway.

Prototype apartments play an important role in construction. FPA and Parkview will use the apartment to review the design and quality of the finishes to work towards as construction progresses. This apartment will be used as the benchmark in terms of the finishes, details and quality for which Parkview and their subcontractors can refer to.

Site Safety

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
