Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

We are pleased to report that the concrete slab on Lots 3201 – 3204 have been poured.

Our teams have completed the retaining walls and drainages to Lots 3203 to 3206. The ground floor frames have also commenced on these homes.

In the coming weeks, pouring of the slab to Lots 3205 to 3207 and drainages to Lot 3207 will occur.

We are excited to advise that the installation of frames will commence on Lots 3205 to 3207.

The completion and settlement for these homes are now forecast for quarter 3, 2024 and we look forward to seeing the progress of these homes come to life.
