August Aerial Shot

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

In Lots 3001 to 3008, we have achieved notable milestones. The screw piling process has been successfully completed, providing a strong foundation for the upcoming stages. The retaining walls are now 100% complete, showcasing their shape and structure. In addition, the retaining walls have been filled with blocks, further reinforcing their stability. We have also finished applying the necessary membrane to the retaining walls, along with blocks being cleaned, a sealant product has been applied to prevent ingress of moisture.

Retaining walls

For Lots 3007 and 3008, we have accomplished the installation of the internal and external drainage system, an essential aspect of the project that facilitates proper water management within the premises. As we look forward to the next stages of the construction, here are the upcoming works that will be taking place:

Lots 3001 to 3006: The focus will now shift to these lots, where we are scheduled to commence the internal drainage installation.

Lots 3001 to 3008: In this stage, we are set to commence slab on ground concrete works. This crucial step will provide a solid base for the buildings and set the stage for the vertical construction phase with frames to commence shortly after the slabs hit the ground.

Additionally, we will start the backfilling process for the retaining walls, ensuring they are firmly supported and ready to withstand any external pressures.

We look forward to sharing the next update with you as we continue to progress with the build.

Site Safety

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
