Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

We're excited to share the latest progress at The Sands Homes:

• Garages: Internal linings are now complete, and garage doors have been successfully installed across all lots.
• Lots 3001-3006: Pre-lining inspections are ongoing, ensuring everything is ready for the next stages.
• Cladding: Cladding work across the entire stage is nearly finished – we're putting the finishing touches on the exterior!
• Lots 3007-3008: Installation of insulation and plasterboard has begun, marking a big transformation inside.
• Upper Floors: Painters and renderers have started on the upper floor cladding.

The project is moving ahead smoothly, and we look forward to keeping you updated as The Sands Homes take shape!
