Welcome to the latest Construction Update.​​

We’re pleased to keep you updated on the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Building A​

Waterproofing, Insulation, and Solar Installation on the rooftop (Level 6) continues to progress while initial commissioning of the plant areas is underway.​

Waterproofing of wet areas to Level 3 to 5 is complete with screeds and tiling underway in all areas using multiple installation teams.​

On ground floor (GF) and Level 1, the fit-off of sanitary fixtures and appliances is continuing, while kitchens are underway on Levels 4 and 5.​

The installation of balustrade glass in Building A is generally completed while grouting and the installation of slab edge covers progress, in preparation for the scaffold drop scheduled this month.​

Quality Assurance inspections by FPA are set to commence on the Ground Floor later this month. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that meets industry standards.​

Building B​

The Level 4 rooftop plant is now complete with initial commencing starting.​

Tilers are nearing completion of their work in the rooftop garden area while the timber yoga platform has been successfully installed, offering a dedicated space for relaxation and wellness on the rooftop.​

All balcony preparation works, including waterproofing, have now been successfully completed with pavers being installed on each of the Building B balconies.​

All apartments are effectively completed, with the exception of some final supply items, as corridor floor preparation is underway.​

FPA successfully completed their QA1 inspections of the Ground Floor and Level 1 on 20 September, with QA1 inspections for Level 2 also completed on 5 October. Level 3 QA1 inspections are underway, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously inspected and verified for quality and safety.​

Podium & verge works​

The pool tiling is essentially completed, marking significant progress in creating a beautiful and functional outdoor space, with the coping tile due to be installed in the coming days.​

The pool plantroom is ready for commissioning to start, ensuring that all systems are in place for the pool to be fully operational.​

Waterproofing and screeds to the blockwork planters continue to progress smoothly up to Level 1 of the podium.

Ground Floor external terrace blockwork is nearing completion and landscaping scheduled to commence after the remaining scaffold is dropped towards the end of October.​
