We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to update you on the significant progress made in various critical aspects of our project.

The installation of brickwork has been successfully completed on the garages, providing an attractive and durable exterior finish to the structure. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the building but also reinforces its structural integrity.

The installation of external cladding is well underway, with a particular focus on the first-floor soffit cladding.

As we move closer to the final stages of the project, we are preparing to commence the rendering and painting process which will significantly enhance the overall appearance of the building, giving it a polished and refined look. Work on the eaves of the lower roofs is also progressing smoothly.

Our teams are diligently completing the installation of roof flashings and capping of parapet walls which will ensure that the building remains weatherproof and resilient, providing long-lasting protection.​

The plumbing rough-in work has been successfully completed, laying the groundwork for essential plumbing systems. The foundation for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems is being laid through the ongoing mechanical and electrical rough-in installations. This is a significant milestone in the project, setting the stage for internal services.​

Internal framework & rough-ins

In the upcoming weeks, we will begin the process of stripping down the scaffolding. This marks a significant milestone as we transition towards the final stages of the project.

Concurrently the installation of external downpipes and window sunshades and screens will commence.​

The installation of insulation and internal linings is on the horizon. These elements are crucial for ensuring energy efficiency, temperature control, and overall comfort within the interior spaces.​
