Shell Cove Construction Update - Nautilus Apartments

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Building A

The aluminium clad roof beams which form the pergola over the Level 3 terraces are now complete. The design and engineering of these pergola beams provides a striking feature when the building is viewed from the marina side of the project.

The cleaners are working through the building from ground floor and up, with Frasers Property’s next round of Quality Assurance checks due to commence by mid-May.

Internal fit-out works are almost complete on levels 3 to 5 with all wet areas now complete and final stone elements installed. This triggers the cleaners to start with services trades working through the commissioning of apartments.

Finishing touches are underway in each of the lobbies with feature wall panelling and strip lighting now installed. Apartment signage panels have been installed and are now ready for painting.

Quality Assurance inspections by the Frasers Property team have been completed up to Level 2, with further quality inspections ongoing. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project.

Building B

All apartments have air-conditioning, lighting, appliances, water and hot water commissioned and are fully operational.

Apt signage panels ready for painting

Final detailing is underway to common areas with final coats of paint to lobbies, while installation of signage and commissioning of the building access control / security system is in progress.

The remaining Building B works include the installation of gates to the Ground Floor terraces and the Level 1 podium balconies. All fences are now installed.

Frasers Property’s Quality Assurance inspections continue in preparation for pre-settlement inspections (PSI). The first customers from Building B will be contacted in May to book in your PSI appointment.

Podium & verge works

The pool will be cleaned, filled with water and commissioned at a date closer to completion.

Intercoms are being installed to ground floor terrace fences and lift lobby entries and commissioning is underway. With services commissioning almost complete, associated inspections by the fire brigade and building certifier are now being scheduled.

All plant & turfed areas installed

All plants and turf areas are now installed with the remaining street trees to be installed in early May on the opposite side of the road, adjacent to Shellharbour Marina.

Settlement Update

We anticipate settlements to occur from August 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
