Welcome to the latest construction update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share the latest progress on the Sands Homes project! Our teams have been working diligently to ensure the homes are completed and are ready for settlement. As we approach the final stages, we are pleased to provide your final update on construction progress:

Homes 3001–3003

• The installation of kitchen cabinetry has been completed.
• Internal fit-out, including fixtures, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, has been completed to specification.
• External landscaping and fencing works have been finalised, enhancing the streetscape and outdoor living spaces.
• The homes are now undergoing final commissioning and quality checks in preparation for obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC) in preparation for settlements to occur towards the end of this month.

Homes 3004–3006

• Painter touch-ups have been completed.
• The last of the mechanical fit-offs have been completed.
• External landscaping and fencing works have been finalised, providing a welcoming and well-integrated environment.
• Homes have been commissioned and are now in Frasers’ final quality control checks.
• These homes have received Occupation Certificate (OC) approval, with settlements to follow shortly thereafter.

Homes 3007–3008

• Painter touch-ups have been completed, ensuring the final presentation meets our quality benchmarks.
• External landscaping and fencing works have been finalised, complementing the overall aesthetic of the community.
• Homes have been commissioned and have successfully moved through Frasers’ final quality control checks.
• Occupation Certificates (OC) have been obtained.
• Owners have completed their pre-settlement inspections as settlement dates approach, ensuring a smooth handover process.
