Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are excited to share the latest progress on the Reflection Homes project. Our teams have been making significant strides, and we are pleased to provide the following updates

Homes 3101 – 3102

External façade works were recently completed on the homes, and the scaffolding strip is underway. Façade works to the Fonzie garage continue.
Internal stairs, kitchen cabinetry, fix out carpentry, and waterproofing have been completed.
Tiling works are due to commence shortly.

Homes 3103 – 3105

External services and lead ins have been completed, preparing the area for landscapers to commence in the coming weeks.
Kitchens and wet area cabinetry installation are now complete.
Internal tiling works to wet areas and living spaces are now complete.
Installation of the robes and plumbing fit off of PC items have been completed.
Shower screens are scheduled for installation shortly.

Homes 3106 – 3108

External services and lead-ins have been completed, with landscaping to follow in the coming weeks.
Kitchens and wet area cabinetry installation are now complete.
Internal tiling works to wet areas and living spaces is now complete.
Robe installation is complete.
Shower screens and Plumbing PC items are scheduled for installation shortly.

Homes 3109 – 3111

External services and lead-ins have been completed ready for landscaping works to commence in the coming weeks.
Installation of kitchens and wet area cabinetry is now complete.
Internal tiling works to wet areas and living spaces is now complete.
Robes, Shower screens and Plumbing PC items are due for installation shortly.

Homes 3112–3114

Pre-sheet quality inspections are ongoing and the electrical service rough-ins continue to ensure proper integration of essential systems.
The external façade works, including cladding, flashings, painting, and downpipes, are nearing completion and scaffolding is expected to be removed shortly after the face works are finalised.
