Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Here’s the latest:

Basement structure is now complete with the pouring of the last section of the ground floor slab
Formwork to level 1 for both the south building and north building is underway
Ground floor columns and perimeter walls which support the external sandstone, are being poured. The level 1 slabs will follow.
First precast panels are due in the coming weeks
The substation has been installed. Energisation of permanent power to the site is pending a revised date from Endeavour Energy.
