Hamilton Reach Construction Update - Rivers Reach

We're thrilled to share with you the final construction update for your Rivers Reach home. Our contractor McNab is currently finalising testing and commissioning of all services, and applying finishing touches of paint to surfaces.

Downstairs in the garages, the Epoxy flooring is complete and garage doors are being installed. Externally, landscaping works are now complete and McNab are working through the commissioning of the irrigation systems.

In addition, our Frasers Property team are also continuing quality assurance inspections.

More broadly across the precinct, new asphalt on Parkside Circuit has now been laid.

We are pleased to advise that Registration of Titles has been received and your new address has been confirmed. You can find this address in your personalised Settlement Guide which you received via email from your Customer Care Manager, Tara Williams. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this guide and working through the helpful checklist.

Valuations for homes 6-9 can commence from July 6. We will be in touch shortly with the owners of homes 1-5 shortly to advise when their valuation bookings can occur.
