Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

We’ve now finished 80% of base course of road works. In the month ahead we plan to start the drainage works and expect to complete them before Christmas.

Settlement forecast

The continued run of poor weather meant our stage 6 works have been delayed and we now forecast settlements in June - August 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to civil program, weather and the external authority involvement.
