Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Berwick Waters Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We are pleased to advise that the kerb and channels (gutters), and rock layer of the road pavement are completed and the base course of asphalt is underway. Completion of footpath and driveways are now the focus for the construction team.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May - June 2023.
