Welcome to the latest Mambourin Green Construction Update.
We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Council functional layout approval has been received, with detailed design submission to follow.
Early sewer works have been approved and are scheduled to commence in late July.
Sewer works have been awarded to Rokon, while civil works are set to go to tender in August, with contract award anticipated in September.
